Review of Chipotle

I was pleasantly surprised when we told the staff we had a gluten allergy. They all changed gloves, wiped down all the surfaces, and got out a separate cheese for us. Yes, we held up the line quite a bit, but I appreciated their attention to detail. And everything on the menu is GF except the flour tortillas!
