Make sure to state you're gluten free right at the beginning of the line so they can first change their gloves and wash their hands and change out the spoons. The employee asked if I was celiac and said that made a difference and was very nice. All the menu items including chips are gluten free except the flour tortillas. Get a burrito bowl, salad, or tacos!
