Lots of GF options. They changed their gloves and took extra care of us when we told them we needed GF.
Really nice workers who didn't roll their eyes at us for having celiac disease.

Edit: Chipotle has been MUCH better since my last review! I think it may have been a management change? I'm not sure, but the employees seem to be well-educated on the allergen protocol! Great job, Chipotle Hammond!
Chipotle has been my "go to" lately but I am starting to lose confidence in them. According to their allergen menu, only the tortillas have gluten in them. There can be cross contamination, so you have to tell the server of an allergy or sensitivity so they can change their gloves (but I had a server change her gloves and then touch the flour tortillas before fixing my salad). I have a wheat allergy and eat here 1-2 times per week with no major problems so far! The employees are not well educated about allergies. Chipotle needs to at least have a discussion during training about gluten/wheat allergies. An employee recently told me "not to worry about my wheat allergy because they only have flour tortillas, not wheat." Huh?!?

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I made them aware that I had Celiac and I asked if they could change gloves and they did not hesitate. The guy not only changed his gloves but also washed his hands thoroughly before putting on new gloves. He followed my meal all the way down the line. Amazing customer service and awesome food. I ordered the veggie bowl and had no reaction at all.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
