Amazing service! When I said I had a severe gluten allergy they immediately washed hands, changed gloves, cleaned the counter, and changed every serving utensil. Felt super safe and taken care of!

My first few visits were very celiac friendly. I even felt safe ordering via the app until they got my order completely wrong. After that, I tried to go in to order food.
Multiple times I have walked in and observed employees placing spoons on flour tortillas and tortillas spilling over into the rice and meat. I’ve walked out. Called Manager and discussed why that is not safe. Was told, oh, we aren’t supposed to do that. I know, but it’s happening.
Disappointing but I won’t be risking it.
No
Entire staff changed gloves, ladles, washed hands, grabbed a new shredded cheese container to prevent cross contamination and made sure if anything was touched accidentally it was restarted. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
they change the gloves and wash the line also clean the lines when you say you want your food gluten free
Yes
I appreciate their variety of gluten free options. My daughter complains about the beans being spicy but she’s just a picky eater overall. She does enjoy the rice, queso, chicken, chips, etc. I like that I can get her a full kids meal here.

A manger is celiac and makes an effort however there is a lot of cross contamination and any type of veggie will have gluten contamination because the quesadillas are cut on the same cutting boards all veggies are cut on with minimal sanitizing and no discretion of which one is veggies only

Yikes. I've seen some Chipotle's that are fairly safe but today was not it. The server knew what cross contamination was, and she changed gloves, washed her hands, wiped down the counter, but while she was wiping everything down crumbs were falling back into the bins, and I was watching them serve before hand and the ladles would brush right against the tortillas before going back into the containers. It was probably right after the rush too. Didn't even bother ordering because I knew I'd be sick.
