This was a horrible experience!! They did change their gloves, however they didn't change spoons(we specifically asked and they refused! I would've just left, however my husband was in there on his own and was tired from tourist things with kids and just wanted to get the little ones food) nor did they use fresh cheese and lettuce like all the other ones I've been too!!! We got the pork and the bowls were filled with so much grease it covered out hands and the meat had a lot of dried out pieces as well as more fat than meat. I definitely do not recommend this location.

Very happy with this chipotle. We headed here after having a terrible experience at Nao Japanese Grill (don’t go there if you’re a celiac), and I was very relieved to be somewhere safe.
My husband told the woman dishing up food I had a gluten allergy (easier as all chipotles typically are aware), and she asked what my specific allergy was, so we said celiac. She washed hands, changes gloves, and switched all of the spoons without me asking (I usually have to ask them to do that!). I didn’t even have to ask for fresh lettuce, they knew that it was needed due to cross contamination. I did not have a reaction after- would feel more than comfortable eating here again.
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
