absolutely amazing to say the least. the chicken empanada was DELICIOUS never had something gluten-free be so crispy and tasty. Also got the ripe plantains 10/10

Food is AMAZING!!!! I live 2 hours from Nashville, but I find any excuse I can to go up. The only flavor I wasn’t crazy about was the chocolate one, but I feel like chocolate+cheese together is an acquired taste anyway. Get the cheesy hush puppy things - trust me!

Love that everything is gluten-free and there is no worry about cross-contamination. We tried most items on the menu. We really liked the lentil empanadas, yuca fires, and platano maduros.

Delicious! Those Yucca Fries!!! Yum! Everything is GF too!! The only sad part is it is food truck so you have to be in the right spot at the right time. The owner did tell us he was working on a restaurant location though. We are real hoping that works out because Nashville and Murfreesboro are a GF desert. We could really use some dedicated GF restaurants for the celiac community.

Finally a gluten free food truck! Everything is gluten free. We had the beef, lentil, shrimp, and chocolate/cheese empanadas. The lentil and chocolate and cheese empanadas were our favorites. We also had the yucca fries and fried plantains. Both were delicious! Highly recommend this food truck!

Great gluten free food truck! Follow them on Facebook for their locations. I appreciate the fact that they go all over instead of Just Nashville-you can catch them in Murfreesboro, Mount Juliet, Brentwood, etc.
