Review of Chiwa Bistro

The server was very aware of needing to be gluten free. It was an option for him to mark when he took our order electronically. He reviewed ingredients with me as we ordered. They have gluten free soy sauce (and not even just packets… like in a dish and everything). We ate here before the celiac diagnosis and I’m glad that we will be able to continue.
