I went for lunch excited to order the nachos. I asked if the tortilla chips were gluten free or if they were cooked in a dedicated fryer. The server asked the head chef as she was unsure. He said they were not (gluten-free or cooked in a dedicated fryer) and said that item shouldn’t be marked as being able to be made gluten free. I ordered a salad which was really good. There were other choices which I assume could be made gluten-free.
