I’ve always loved Chiyo in Mt Washington but went back again recently after getting diagnosed. Our waitress was super knowledgeable and really sweet - brought me some tamari, told me the ginger salad dressing was non gf and brought another version, let me know the miso soup is probably not ok, and got the chefs to leave the crab stick off of the sashimi lunch. Also checked for me about whether the tamago had soy sauce in it (it doesn’t).
The food here has always been great - they have really good lunch specials and some inventive rolls, and everything’s really fresh.
