They didn't know what chocolate was gluten free, despite having signs everywhere stating to tell a staff member if you have an allergy etc... took over 10 minutes of holding up a busy line for someone to confirm the basic milk chocolate was safe. Rather than continue to make everyone behind us continue to wait, just said okay to that rather than try to figure out what else would be okay. After requesting, they went to get the chocolate from the back.
