I have eaten here regularly for 5+ years. I always order the chicken tacos and have never had any issues. Cannot comment on the other tacos or the chips. Would imagine their fryer could be contaminated since they have a fried fish taco on their menu. Their staff is knowledgeable so just ask.

I’m really confused about these reviews. I ate here for my birthday a few months ago and I confirmed with several staff members that the tacos I ordered were gluten free because I have celiac disease. A few hours after eating I was hunched over in pain. I spent the entire night sick with my typical celiac symptoms, and spent the next 2 weeks recovering.

I live around the corner and eat here a few times a month because it is safe and the tacos are incredible. I am not celiac so I eat the chips but I never have a problem although I know the fryer is contaminated. All the tacos (except the fish) are fine. Corn tortillas and the meats are excellent never had a single problem. Usually just stick to the tacos to be safe as nothing is really labeled.

If you're very careful it could be ok, but the fish contaminates the frier, which is also used for the chips, plantains, and chicharron de pollo.
