Excellent Mexican food and the waiter understood my concerns. The chips are cross contaminated in the fryer, so I wasn’t able to have those. However, almost any dish can be made gluten free by substituting corn tortillas. I had the spinach and cheese enchiladas with chicken added and they were delicious! This was a great find while we were on the road.
