We went for an early (5p) dinner before returning to the hotel. We had BBQ - it was decent. This looks like a fun place when live music is playing. I was comfortable that my food was safely handled and felt good after eating.

We ordered GF pizza from Oshia’s Pizzeria. It was delicious! We spoke with the incredibly kind owner. He was so helpful and knew all of the proper safety precautions to take. 5 stars! Would most definitely order from him again.

This place is like a food court of some really great restaurants including a wine bar. We ate at Oshia’s pizzeria, and they had a gluten-free crust. And it was really good. Lots of unique toppings

Naths Khmer cuisine is delicious and gluten free, so it is a favorite place to eat here. The food hall is also getting more vendors, so there are more choices for those who don’t have to avoid gluten.

Nath's is completely gluten free and organic. Best Tum Yum I've ever had. Everything else I've had was wonderful as well.

Firstly, when you're trying to find this location, look for the CHOMP Food Hall. But once you're inside, you need to find Nath's booth.
This food was presented with care and artistry. I had the Pad Thai with shrimp, and it was so full of flavor layers and texture. We got a side of the spring rolls, and they were a lovely treat assembled beautifully.
I really cannot say enough good things about this. Best of all, I had no reaction. I highly recommend this, and believe virtually everyone would enjoy an interaction with Nath.

Nath is a fantastic woman. She let me try samples of anything I wanted, and said that there was no gluten in her kitchen. The fact that she takes the order and makes the food gave me the assurance that I’d be fine. Food was so great that we went back the next day! Nath even came to our table and gave us free dishes of stuff she thought we’d like. She’s an absolute treasure and I can’t recommend her food enough!

Nath's inside of the Chomp Food Hall is a hidden gem. The seafood Tom Yum and Tumeric Noodles were absolutely incredible! Worth every penny.

We ordered the Lemongrass Turmeric Scottish Salmon, the Pad Thai with peanuts, and the veggie spring rolls. Oh man. We have been dying to find a gluten-free, CELIAC safe Asian Cuisine in Santa Fe. Naths fit's just that. We also have an almond allergy and we found out that they keep all nuts separately from the main cooking area.
The salmon was delightful, light, flavorful and beautifully plated (even despite ordering to go!)
The pad thai made my partner extremely happy since it was their first time having pad thai since they went gluten free six years ago and this pad thai brought back all the good memories!
The spring rolls were nice and light and came with a peanut dipping sauce (which was also very good).
We are definitely going to try the other menu items soon!

Nath’s Inspired Khmer Cuisine is completely gluten free and vegetarian/vegan-friendly. Chef Nath is a gem and creates food with immense flavor. She has a few different options for different needs/preferences, such as peanuts or almonds in the dishes. She also doesn’t use fish sauce. Plus, the wine bar next to her stall has a great selection when waiting for your food.

This food hall has a dedicated gluten free stall called Chef Nath’s Khmer Cuisine. We had the Pad Thai. It was made to order and delicious! The chef prepared everything herself and is super nice. We want to try the Tom Yom soup when we’re back in town. The food menu is at chefnath.com.
