They no longer have a gluten free menu. They have a few items like gluten free bagels, but they are very easily cross contaminated.

Have eaten there several times for lunch. Gluten free bread is good. They also sell gluten free bread. Food is good and haven’t had any problems.

I had breakfast omelet and was able to have a gluten free bread option (bagel) with my meal. No issues with the order, my waitress answered all my questions politely and everything was great.

Servers are not knowledgeable at all. Plus the food is disgusting.
There is a very small GF menu and the wait staff is aware. Cross contamination is a issue and it’s obvious the food handlers do not make any attempt to prevent it.

I've had the best gf bagels And waffles here and had no problems with my allergy! perfect if you crave French toast, pancakes, waffles, bagels and even sandwiches!!
chompies is NOT gluten free. they are "gluten friendly" which means possible contamination. it took me months to figure out that my constant Celiac symptoms were from a weekly lunch there. Wait staff assured me that all was okay. when I finally pinned down the manager he pointed to a smaller "gluten friendly" label on the clearly labelled. "GLUTEN FREE" menu page. I stopped going there and my symptoms went away!
This is sad... Chompies is a nice, family run small chain with a vast menu. But if you are gluten sensitive, beware!
No one was knowledgeable about celiacs here or knew if their products even contained dairy. Waited for an hour and a half- terrible wait and service.
Server is knowledgable and friendly. Gluten free bread and dessert options.
Awesome sandwiches and celiac friendly!
Ah mazing options. Great good . Yum Yum

My kids tried the gluten free waffles and absolutely loved them. I had the gluten free bagel and it was delicious as well. We will definitely be visiting here again!

Horrible! First tip that this is NOT a GF friendly restaurant: Server announced "Oh yeah, GF! My manager gets mad at me because I'm always screwing up & putting regular bread & not being careful when serving GF customers..." Asked for manager, was assured we would receive non 'glutened' service. Alas, the cabbage soup came with....a regular non GF bagel hanging on the spoon, which was in the soup. Asked the server if bagel was GF: NO. Server stated, well we can just take it (non gf bagel) off & you'll be just fine. Needless to say i did not eat here & will NOT recommend Chompies to anyone with Celiac/Gluten Allergy.

Great breakfast choices. They used to have more options but adore the waffles and breakfast tacos. Other meals a but pricey
Aside from occasionally long wait times, we have never been let down here. The gluten free selection is a bit limited, but everything is fresh and delicious. Great stop for coffee and a bagel.

The food made us sick. The place was filthy. My 4 year old warned a group of people heading in on our way out that the food was terrible.
Tried their gluten free sandwich and the bread was amazing... Didn't care for the fillings. It's hard to do dairy free there! Hope to try their bagel soon!
GF menu is pretty good. Wasn't crazy about the garden omelette but the GF bagel was really good.
They have gluten free bagels. I mentioned my concern about cross-contamination based on the reviews I’d seen. The person who took my order assured me they could prepare my bagel sandwich in a separate area, and they just wouldn’t toast my bagel. I had no reaction. Their food was really good. They had prepackaged gluten free bagels too.

Menu has changed. No longer make gf waffles. Waitress said they could make gf French toast but it would be made with gf rolls instead of sliced bread.

I was just told the only thing they can serve is a change in bread option

Been here several times and have had no problems. They have GF bread they use to make just about any sandwich. Some of the staff are not very knowledgeable, and they are kind of expensive for what it is.

Breakfast tacos were delicious and really the only thing I felt safe eating. They have gluten free bagels but toasted on a shared toaster.
