Sadly it’s gone downhill. The allergen labels have been removed from the menu.

I fear the fryer is no longer gluten free because I feel sick today after eating there. I see churros on the menu now — the waitstaff seem untrained and I wouldn’t trust they could get me a real answer when I asked them about gluten.

The waitstaff the past 3x have been rude or completely uninterested. Our waitress sat at the bar and chatted with a friend and I felt like I was bothering her trying to get another drink.

I was able to switch from flour to corn tortillas here, but my food came out later and the switched tortilla was cold and completely broken in half. Wtf — never going back, which sucks because I used to love this place.

2023 update:They no longer have GF on their menu and unclear what options they have.

They hand make their corn flour tacos, and have all the menu items listed as (GF). Pretty much just tacos are gluten free, but are so flavorful and delicious!

I have to assume the past reviews for the wrong restaurant as I had a horrible experience. I don’t think our waiter/bartender had any concept of what gluten was as when I asked if the pork belly taco was gf he said it was just pork then proceeded to talk about how it was fried and battered in flour as if that wasn’t considered gluten lol. I eventually ordered 3 tacos - chorizo, mushroom, and cauliflower taco with corn tortillas as they were gf and was brought a battered cauliflower taco as he forgot it was breaded. The entire time, my husband (not celiac or gf) and I felt really unwelcome by our waiter for ordering ANYTHING and it got worse when ordering/asking about GF options.

I’ve had better tacos at chain restaurants and they actually take allergies seriously. They also have better margaritas.

This place was extremely accommodating! The service was so helpful and everything tasted amazing
