The gluten-free Detroit style pizza is INSANELY delicious! The Courtney's are amazing owners and chefs.

They are very knowledgeable with celiac info. They went far and beyond to explain to me how and when they make the gluten-free (pillowy!) pizza dough. The pizza is baked in its own deep dish and baked in their very hot brick oven... not touching any other items.

Not only is the crust so amazing (and makes you forget you are eating a gluten free pizza), but the sauce is so delicious, the cheese is local, and the Courtney's cure their own salami.
