Review of Chopstix

Some regular sushi rolls are gluten free. Sushi rice is soaked in rice vinegar. Manager and sushi chef are knowledgable. Restaurant has gf soy sauce-I don't recommend it since it is in a regular soy sauce container and had bubbles that looked like soap in it.
