Update: We ordered B5 and B10 for the BBQ, and it was tasty as always. I DID have a reaction to something, but we suspect it was one of the sides. I think we'll go back to try again, and I'll update again if I learn anything new.

Original: This was a favorite restaurant before I was diagnosed with Celiac, so we wanted to come back to see if I could eat anything. I'm still new at this, but they did look things up and shared a "gluten-free" list from the kitchen.

I don't think any of their sauces are GF, but you can ask for salt.

For BBQ, all of their un-seasoned/un-marinated meats are supposedly GF. As far as I can tell, that's: B2 (Galbi Khotsal, the most tender cut of prime ribs) B3 (Saeng Deungsim, prime rib eye) B5 (Saeng Galbi, unseasoned prime short ribs) B6 (Hyue Mit, thinly sliced prime beef tongue) B7 (Gungjung Bulgogi, unmarinated tender rib eye cab [sic] bulgogi) B10 (Chadol, thinly sliced, unseasoned prime brisket) B14 (Samgyupsal, Sliced pork belly)

For other menu things: A1 (Edamame) E5 (Steamed Egg) S7 (Kimchi Jjigae, spicy kimchi stew w/ pork belly/tofu/vegetables) J1 (Haemul Jeongol, assorted seafood/vegetables/tofu) J3 (Gopchang Jeongol, beef intestine stew w/tofu)

For sides: kale, kimchi, celery, and cucumber dishes are (supposedly) safe.
