Chow Pizza Bar

Pizza is the mybread pizza "crust" which is exactly the same as the pita/ flatbread. It makes an okay enough pizza.Nothing exciting. Seemed safe. Server was reasonably knowledgeable and made allergy notes.Boy child had a burger and thought the gluten free bun was better than average. It had poppy seeds, not sure what brand. For a sports bar they made a better than average attempt!

My favorite local GF pizza! My server said that they can use special GF equipment if you tell them it's an allergy, not sure if it's a separate oven or not. They must have a really high temp oven because the crust was crisp & a little blistered (in a good way). Sauce & toppings great! They have GF burger buns and lettuce wraps as options. Ask about the wings, i think they are smoked/grilled and may be GF.
