Delicious! Everything is GF except ramen noodles but they can make ramen GF. Yakitori was amazing too as was poke bowl. Owner very knowledgeable. We will be back! We are celiac.

So grateful for this spot! The owner is so sweet and knowledgeable. Had the beef bulgogi bowl and some of my mom’s veggie bowl. I’m super sensitive and had no reaction. YAY!

Amazing flavors and Celiac safe! Only the Ramen noodles have gluten, everything else, yes everything, is GF. We ordered half the menu, because it is so rare to feel totally safe ordering Asian inspired food. It was the best part of our visit to Morrow Bay.

Easily our favorite new place in Morro Bay. From the food to the general vibe, everything is amaaaazing—super fresh, colorful, and incredibly tasty. They even play great music. Katie, the friendly owner, takes GF very seriously, and while lots of places say that, I’ve never gotten sick here.

Chowa Bowl is a cute new restaurant in downtown Morro Bay. With meat skewers, salads, ramen, bulgogi bowl, poke bowl, veggie rice bowl, and sorbet.
