hate to say anything negative about an establishment, but depending on who is working they may not open a new container for you. They washed the scoop but said the containers in the back were too solid to scoop from which I totally get. So mixed bag on safety..

Excellent ice cream! They gladly showed us an ingredient list for each flavor we were interested in, and opened a new container of ice cream for each flavor we ordered without making us feel like we were putting them out at all.
