Lovely experience here, they had many options, the food was delicious and they were familiar with gluten free accommodations.

staff was very knowledgeable. I told the waitress I had a gluten allergy and she went through each item we checked off to double check it was all gluten free. she also directed me towards what sauces were gf and gave me some tamari :)

Awesome gluten free hot pot! Nearly everything on the hot pot menu is celiac safe, except for one variety of broth, and the obvious dumplings/noodles. Staff was very accommodating and knew exactly what was and wasn’t safe. I was a bit nervous about the sauces, but they offered to get me fresh sauces from the back and bring them to my table for me (all sauces gluten free expect for soy sauce and bbq but they had tamari)! Never felt shamed for my dietary requirement and they were all very welcoming and supportive.

Amazingly delicious hot pot - they have several GF broths and many GF options - meat, veggies, seafood and more! Staff was knowledgeable about what was and was not GF, and made sure we understood what was not guaranteed GF. They did have GF soy sauce, as well. I would not recommend sharing a GF broth and a non GF broth in the same pot, though! Delicious, and reasonably priced!
UPDATE: Turns out that they are not as knowledgeable as I thought - they though crab stick was GF - so they are celiac-friendly but only if you know what you can and cannot eat to stay safe. Downgrading a star for that, but they do have many GF food options. :)

The Hot Pot dining can be gluten free very easily. Tasty and felt no ill effects afterwards.
