Review of Chubby Cattle

this is a hot pot restaurant. all their broth bases are gluten free. I had to explain what gluten was and what I specifically couldn't have and based off of that the waiter was able to tell me what I could have. you pick what you want to have either off the menu or off the conveyer of food. the kitchen is visible buy it looks like there is a slight chance of contamination back there depending on where they make their noodles.
