Review of Chubby Duck

98% of is gluten free. Anything with soy sauce has gluten. All soy sauce is on the side with the exception of mushoom salad, bulgogi and the soups have flour in them sometimes. Friendly staff and cool little bistro type of setting. Very small. Will go back. I don't have gluten allergy but my cousin from Sweden does, so we went and checked it out. He had the cured salmon salad.
