I got grilled chicken tenders and they were delicious. They assured me their grill does not have anything with gluten on it. Their fryer is not a gluten free fryer… so no fries. I’m super sensitive and I’ve been fine thus far (6 hours later). They do have a gluten free bun for sandwiches and burgers.

Had their Philly cheesesteak on a gluten free bun. Absolutely delicious. Hard to believe the bun was gluten free. Cashier asked if gf was a preference or an allergy. Can’t have the fries as they use the same oil as the beer battered fries. Didn’t attempt any other sides, so just a sandwich. Highly recommend.

The owners are versed in Celiac Disease and cross contamination. The day cook is my son and he's helped them all know how sick we get from this disease. They will clean the grill, change gloves and prepare with caution. The GF buns are actually good. The baked beans are a great GF option for a side. There is not a dedicated fryer.

Chubbys in Payson is highly recommended!

Walked in but then decided not to order. They don't seem to do much of anything to avoid cross contamination and what I could see of the kitchen from the front entrance area looked VERY messy. Didn't want to take a chance. But things smelled good!

Yummy hamburgers with great GF buns. Several sides were GF also. Cole slaw was good.

Fryer is not dedicated. So fries not safe.
