They have a separate area in the kitchen to do their best to avoid cross contact. They understand Celiac and gluten intolerance and do their absolute best to avoid cross contact. Wonderful people. Will talk with you. Their service was great. GF bread was soft and doesn't fall apart. You can tell they really want the best experience for those who have celiac or gluten intolerance.
