Restaurant had a separate menu for gluten free items and a dedicated fryer for some select foods. Waiter asked upfront if anyone had allergies and they were able to help me modify. Although the waiter brought me the wrong style pizza I asked for it was still yum and did not get sick! Cocktails were also amazing!!

I’ll give my waitress credit, she had no clue what to tell me so she checked with management, They offer gf buns for sandwiches and cauliflower pizza crust. My burger came out with a regular bun and they apologized profusely and fixed it. I think they’re trying, but not really safe yet.
The staff is horribly untrained. The manager and the waitress claimed to have knowledge of what would be safe for those with Celiac...and proceeded to list off several items that are glaringly full of gluten (e.g. meatballs, tacos with flour tortillas)! The waitress informed me that she had served several people with Celiac the meatball appetizer...after questioning her 2-3x, she came back and apologized because they contained bread crumbs (like I suspected). I ordered a caprese salad. Stay tuned on symptoms.
