Chuck's Fish

Our waiter was fantastic and very knowledgeable about potential sources of contamination, including possible traces in the broth. Limited options with sides, basically just mashed potatoes and the vegetables. All the grilled options were gf (fish, shrimp, scallops and steak) as well as the salads and several sushi rolls. The food was good and considering staff knowledge, it felt very safe to eat here.
