Tried to go here tonight (a Friday night) and it was closed. We hadn't called ahead, because their website is still up.
Good food. Menu was clearly marked with gluten free items.
Yes
You can nearly everything gluten free. The arepa melts in your mouth. My favorite is the arepa with cheese and the chicken tortilla soup. Delicious.
Food was not very authentic, meat was dry. Service wasn't great either. They do have dairy and gluten free items marked on the menu- I guess if you're stuck in the area it could do in a pinch. Tacos are big.
I walked there in the rain and they were closed. Wish I could find out their hours or why they were closed.
Very authentic taqueria with a good number of tasty options for being a small place. The big overhead menu displayed doesn't list GF, but the paper menus at the register list GF, dairy free, and vegetarian. There are plenty of GF options here! It's really new, but they're doing a good job of making tasty salsas and other good stuff (try the yuca!). Talked to one of the owner/managers, and he said that everything is cooked separately, so it's safe. I just ate there tonight (and my reactions take a bit to kick in), but that was reassuring to hear this from him. Pricing fits with the area, but it's not too bad.
