Typical churrascaria format, with a central buffet (GF items are clearly marked) and meat served at the table. Fried potatoes and palm hearts are NOT safe for celiacs. Overall really good food, a bit pricey and a bit dirty (menus and table cloths…)

This fancy restaurant was a fantastic find. They have all buffet food labelled and much of the meat was gluten free also. Unfortunately the cassava chips and pão de queijo was not but staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Most of the salad bar is gluten free. The salad bar is immaculately kept so little concern re:CC. All the meats are GF that aren't fried. Just showed the staff my GF dining card and they were very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a celiac.
