We drove there just to try because they were never gf before.

There were NO gluten free options. We had to drive back downtown.

I want to add that they were nice there and the atmosphere is fun

They have changed their menu. They no longer have anything Italian. And no buns for the burgers, but our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free items and what we had was delicious. I had the bison burger with rice pilaf and my husband had a green chili burger with Mexican corn.

We ordered gluten free pizzas with dairy free cheese. They ran out of gf crusts so we had to share. They were delicious.

We stopped today and there are new owners. They were very friendly but they have no safe gluten free options for celiacs.

Hubby & I had a wonderful dinner here! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I have a gluten allergy, hubby does not. He had chicken fried chicken w/loaded potato soup. I had vegetable risotto w/spicy tomato bisque, followed by creme brulee. Both meals were perfectly delicious, and the vegetables were fresh, locally sourced. They even make 3 flavors of their own kombucha. I chose blueberry fennel—YUM! Even better, they were knowledgeable about gluten issues!! It’s not often when we travel that I am able to get a worry-free, well-prepared, delicious meal that is heartier than a salad. The Chute Rooster is one of those rare gems!

We ate here for lunch, after speaking with the Chef. Somehow I still got glutened.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to celiac individuals. Had a fantastic elk and buffalo burger (no bun). Dedicated fryer for fries. Waiter was super and knew a lot about celiac disease. Fantastic burger!
