Review of Chuy's

I called and asked what was safe, basically only the rice and beans and guacamole and cheese and pico were safe. Ordered corn tortillas, and they came mixed in with flour ones, which thankfully I noticed before eating any. I think they have issues with cross contamination since I had a bad reaction after eating there. Don't risk it, it's not worth it.
