I see the terrible reviews, but I haven’t had a bad experience here. The staff isn’t as knowledgeable, so you have to do your homework in advance, but I’ve eaten here twice since diagnosis and have left with no symptoms.
I bring my own chips to eat the Queso, and order based on research. I heard the fajita beef is marinated in beer. So I tend to get crispy tacos. I emailed the manager to double check on the ground beef seasoning, and he sent me their gluten friendly menu. Hopefully this helps someone…
