Review of Chuy's

No GF menu. Warms corn tortillas and flour ones on same surface so can’t even have corn. Chicken is marinated in beer. Could easily offer enchiladas, corn tacos, and Mexi salads gluten free (with small dedicated prep area and grilling non marinated chicken and offering GF ranch dressing) but chain apparently doesn’t want our business or the family members we take with us to places that offer safe options.
