They don’t have info on what you can eat but there is a ton of options. Go for the snacks and salad bar. Fruit, yogurt, chips, bars etc etc. tons of options. The salad bar is a risk but if you’re not new to this you can make educated guesses. I got the quinoa, carrots, corn, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, grapes, pineapple, jerky, and a banana 😂 I’m hungry

The restaurants don’t really have anything, I didn’t ask them all. Sushi is no go.
