During the phone call prior to our visit they seemed knowledgeable about ciliacs disease and the seriousness of cross contamination. They told us to let our waiter know that I have a severe allergy to gluten and need them to be aware of cross contamination. They brought me a specific menu that had written information about allergens in each dish. I did receive a severe cross contamination issue during our visit. There were multiple red flags I noticed during our service that worried me after I had already started to eat my meal about cross-contamination. I would suggest for gluten intolerant or persons that eat gluten-free that are not celiac that it was delicious and a good place to visit. If you are celiacs I would stay clear of this restaurant. To not anyone's individual fault besides lack of knowledge and training in regards to food allergies.
