Cida Thai

Ugh. I was sick for weeks after eating here. I'm Celiac and also have IBS, so I tend to try to eat lower FODMAP. I realize that Thai food has large amounts of garlic and onion which can bother me, however this was more than that. I felt quite certain that I had been glutened.

I’ve had Cida Thai at least ten times since being diagnosed and I haven’t gotten sick. They will mark the order specially as GF if you tell them you have an allergy, and are super nice about it! So many dishes are marked GF on the menu. I’ve had the chicken pad Thai and green curry with no issue. My sister (also has celiacs) has had the Rama chicken and Panama curry and didn’t get sick. Also a great GF dessert - if they have the mango sticky rice get it!
