Host staff had no clue but manager was very knowledgeable. Confirmed chips are baked not fried. The Tortilla bowl the refried beans come in is fried though, so ask for beans on the plate.
Mole sauce has gluten. All other sauces okay.
Don't eat the carnitas, chili relleno or gorditas.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in town! I’ve never gotten sick eating here. Chips, queso and salsa are all gluten free, as well as most of the tacos. There is no allergen info on the menus, but the servers are helpful and always ask the kitchen my questions. My favorites are the shrimp and fish tacos, beef fajitas, and ceviche.
