Cilantro Mexican Grill

No dedicated fryer. I told our server when she brought drinks I have a “wheat allergy” (I’m celiac but that’s so much easier). I ordered the fajita salad without rice and no dressing. I neglected to see the salad came in a tortilla bowl so I didn’t ask for it to come on a plate instead. When they brought my food it was in the fried flour tortilla bowl. I reminded my server of my allergy and she said they would remake my dish. About four minutes later she brings me a “new” salad on a plate. I felt the steak to see if it was hot to verify it was a new salad. It was not. I asked my server if it was the same salad and she said she would check with the kitchen. A “manager” came to show me my “old salad” but I wasn’t convinced. I decided to not eat my meal just in case it wasn’t safe. Half the issue was my fault since I didn’t say no tortilla bowl. I don’t think I would try eating here again though.
