The food was good. Their gluten free options are marked on the menu, and consist largely of bun substitutions and nothing from the fryer. They have a build-your-own burger option, and many unique house special burgers, though those are not marked as gluten free. It was very affordable, and they were responsive via Instagram in answering questions before I was in town.

We love Cin Cin! Best burger place around! We took our GF son here for his birthday. On the menu there is the symbol of GF next to gluten free items, but no dedicated separate GF menu. The free birthday shake was gluten free and he got a burger on a GF bun with fries. The bun fell apart as most GF buns do. A previous reviewer made a mention of wheat in the ranch. However, we asked about that, we were told it was GF. Perhaps in 3 years they changed the recipe because he ate it with no issues. No reaction, all good here.

Burger tasted awesome. I got the gf bun and it was great until about halfway through. It started to fall apart. Ordered a side salad with ranch but their ranch has gluten in it. The only dressing are a lemon vingerette and oil and vinegar. The server talked with the kitchen a number of times to make sure he was making my meal safe. The kitchen seemed knowledgeable.
