We had dinner here on 2/8/16. The allergy menu here is very limited for gluten free especially for the price you pay. We asked to see the chef. Chef David appeared in just a couple of minutes. He told us he would start by bringing us a basket of gf rolls and butter. The only GF options on the allergy menu are the pork tenderloin and fish of the day. My husband asked if he could adapt the steak to be gf and he said yes by leaving off the glaze. My husband and I both decided to order it with the castle salad as our appetizer. My daughter wanted the salmon and Chef David gave her several options for the vegetable. She picked cheesy mashed potatoes and carrots and the scallop for her appetizer. For dessert, we had the flourless cake and I decided on the cheesecake which he said could be adapted to be gf. Everything was good. The steaks were very small. In comparison, the rolls at Mama Melrose in Hollywood Studios are still the softest and warmest of all the restaurants we have eaten at. My husband and daughter both said the chocolate cake here is a little dry and that Coral Reef's was much better because it was so moist. Most of the price of this meal is for the experience of eating at the castle and seeing the princesses. At dinner, Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, Aurora and Jasmine were in attendance. For the price, I would definitely speak to a chef if you don't see something on the allergy menu that you would like. Chef David was great and happy to accommodate us. I have uploaded pictures of our food from this meal and the allergy menu for dinner.
