The hostess told us to be sure to have the chef come out to help my daughter with the GF dinner menu, but our server wasn't too enthusiastic about that. He'd already given her a GF menu, he reasoned, so why would she need to talk with the chef? There was only a single GF entree on the whole menu, which doesn't seem right for the price they're charging. So we insisted on having the chef come out, and we were so thankful we did. Chef Edson was amazing, and custom-designed a meal on the spot for my daughter after chatting with her about what she liked and didn't like. She wound up with a huge fruit plate (apples, strawberries, grapes, and oranges) for her appetizer, and a perfectly cooked steak with grilled asparagus and fingerling potatoes as an entree. For dessert, she'd really wanted the decorate-your-own-cupcake dessert off the child's menu, so he brought her one with mini chocolate and blueberry muffins instead, so she was in heaven! Thanks to him we had a delightful meal. So if you decide to go, don't settle for the limited GF menu; be persistent in asking for the chef and they'll help you out.
