Cindy’s was exceptional!!!! Traveled from North Conway just to have some gluten-free pancakes and was not disappointed. Perhaps the best I have had since diagnosed celiac. The home fries were amazing and the staff caring. The waitress told me that the owner listens and cares about people and it shows. As you know most of the time places can just throw some gluten-free option on a menu with little concern about whether or not we enjoy what we are eating. This place in the small town is a gem!!!
