My daughters and I (all celiac) had an incredible experience at Cinnamon Bear - lots of clearly marked GF options on their menu and the staff was very familiar with food allergy protocols to keep us safe - they used clean gloves and ice cream scoop and got fresh containers for us from the back to scoop from so no worries about cross contact. When we thanked them for their extra care to keep us safe, they said “of course - everyone should be able to enjoy ice cream.” Wish there were more ice cream shops and restaurants as thoughtful and caring as this place.

About half the ice cream flavors on the menu were gluten-free and were clearly marked as such. I’ve never seen that many gluten-free ice cream flavors in one place! I had praline pecan and it was delicious. They keep the ice cream scoops separate but washed mine anyway and changed gloves without asking. They were also willing to get my ice cream from a fresh container in the back. I felt very safe eating my ice cream.

A little gem in Harbor Town. Definitely stop in for souvenirs and ice cream. GF Ice cream flavors are marked as such. Say hi to Mr. Mike.

Love that they have all the gluten free flavors marked so there is no guessing! Also, when we informed them that our daughter has celiac disease, they took all the precautions (new scoop, changed gloves and took out a new container). Very impressed and the ice cream was yummy!

Hershey’s Ice Cream so well marked menu with gf items. Line can get long but don’t be discouraged, it moves quickly.

Went on the Sunday before Memorial Day, and it was very busy. We waited about five minutes. Line moved quickly as servers were polite but efficient. Menu board has GF and DF options clearly marked. Each ice cream flavor has its own scoop, eliminating cross contamination. Portions are very good. Chose a single scoop in a cup, which is more like a double. I ate the mint chocolate chip and my daughter (also GF) chose the raspberry sorbet. I thought mine was very good. She said hers was average. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Harbour Town.
