Cinnimon twisp makes the best gluten free peanut butter cookies I have ever had, also, I highly recommend the Vegan and gluten free blackberry Mazurka bar. The Ultimate seed bar and the peanut butter granola bar are good as well. They have some great frittatas, good variety, and can make sandwiches on gluten-free bread.
