Blueberry muffins were amazing. Cinnamon rolls were a bit dry.

If they'd just call it a gluten free cinnamon scone, I'd say it was a good cinnamon scone. But when you present it as a gluten free cinnamon roll and it's crumbly like a scone.... It is the density of a biscuit swirled with brown sugar and cinnamon. It wasn't even melty, gooey cinnamonness, but brown granular sugar falling out of a biscuit. And for that, it was okay, not great. I don't need to go back. Also, you have to order them a day ahead. They only make them to order, you can't just go by and get them. They had some gf blueberry muffins in the case that are available until sold out. Those were better then the cinnamon roll. They are only open 7:30-10 am. A for effort, but this place was my biggest hyped gluten free fail in Estes. ๐

Gluten sensitive cinnamon rolls were great! No issues - but definitely pricey.

The owners are so great. The cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins are the best we have ever had. If you want some order them the day before they sell out quick. Also know they make regular flower cinnamon rolls in the kitchen but they take it seriously and do there best.

Amazing! The blueberry muffins were to die for. An the cinnamon rolls were delicious too! Baked goods is something I have missed since going GF, but these were fantastic. My family that eats gluten tried the muffins and loved them. You do need to call ahead and there is a minimum number to order, but they are worth it. I have been eating on them all week and not had any issues. Service was great. Loved this place!

Called at 12 the day before and left a voicemail asking for an order of GF cinnamon rolls to pick up the next day. They’re only open 7-10am however the baker gets there at 2am to prepare everything fresh. Needless to say, the rolls were delicious and they have a GF blueberry muffin that doesn’t taste GF! So good and I did not get sick! 10/10 recommend!

Owner was up front : not a dedicated gf bakery. He cleans his equipment and work space before making gf items, keeps them separate however there is always a chance of cross contamination. I have celiac (very sensitive) and decided to give this place a try. I had a cinnamon bun or gf muffin every morning, no issues. Delicious gf cinnamon buns and gf blueberry muffins.
