Review of Circa Celeste Cafe

Walked in and asked what was GF today and was immediately offered a homemade potato/veg soup and apple salad for options. Ordered both. The soup was a bit on the salty side but quite tasty and filling. The salad was excellent. Fresh greens, carrots, apple, cabbage and a vinegar based dressing. I was especially impressed that our server came back to the table to ask if nuts were OK on salad, just to double check. Because of possible cross-contamination, I opted out. Small, funky little place with excellent fare.
