High-end restaurant with amazing gluten-free...everything. You can ask for a gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan version of anything on the menu. Their gf pizza is something words cannot describe. It is amazing. Really, I am at a loss for words. Just try it. They know everything, you don't have to worry. They even have a separate kitchen. A must-visit place in Florence.
