Gluten free option, not sure about safety but I know that the food is absolutely amazing.

Terrible. I watched them pull croutons out of a salad and try to pass it off as gluten free. It is also a shared fryer. Don't waste your time or money. I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my food that we just decided to leave.

Lots of gluten free options here !! They even have gluten free Ubis bun! Burgers are great and wait staff are very friendly and understand allergies and celiac very well!!
Yes
They really only offered Udi’s hamburger buns and there is no separate fryer. Burger was good but they really aren’t gluten free friendly.
Very good food. Gf bun or lettuce wrap. Shared fryer is a downside.
Staff was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about what contained gluten. However, my boyfriend (non Celiac) & I both didn’t feel well after eating there, so we think our burgers were possibly undercooked.
This place used to be good but now it sucks. The staff is not knowledgeable about gluten at all. I was told the fryer is shared but it's ok because it's so hot the gluten cooks off. Um No!! I ordered a chicken sandwich, no bacon, lettuce wrapped because there was no gf bun available, no Mayo due to cross contamination and added avacado instead. they brought it to me on a bun. I had to send it back and get a new one made and then they had the audacity to charge me extra for avacado! When I complained they took off the avacado only and a manager did not come to the table. Don't go here, you can get better food and service elsewhere.

Although the burger is tasty, the staff is not knowledgable about gluten free food. Luckily, another person in my group also ordered a gluten free bun. When our burgers came, the buns looked different. I called the waiter over and asked if my bun was gf, turns out it was not. He barely apologized and the manager never came over. Poor customer service. The time before, I ate the french fries because I was told they were fried in separate oil. It turns out that they aren't. Not gluten free friendly at all.

I visited this restaurant with my two celiac kids. The front door staff told us that a dedicated GF fryer was used. My kids were pretty pumped that they could eat fries and more! The server told us that the fryer was shared and fried foods, including fries, would not be safe. He indicated that there has been some recent confusion about this. He then confirmed this with the kitchen. A manager also confirmed the same thing. My kids were able to have an Udi's bun with cheese and veggies. They really enjoyed their meals. Our server was knowledgeable and very helpful. It would be nice to see more GF options for vegetarians and ideally the menu would be clearly marked. We hoped that the vegan burger was GF but we were told to avoid it because it is dusted in flour. That's good to know, but it would be easy enough to dust them using a GF flour.
This place is great! We hit it several times during each visit to Charlottesville. I'm very gluten sensitive but not celiac and I've had no problems to date. Food is fried in peanut oil so watch sensitivity there. Gluten free buns and lettuce wraps available for the burgers. I highly recommend the truffle fries with garlic aoli. They're amazing.

Great burger and fantastic fries with a dedicated fryer. Our order took a long time because it was so busy and they automatically comped half our meal. No air conditioning so it was warm inside.
