Staff knowledgeable about cross contamination and precautions taken. Many of the items on the menu can be made gluten free. Staff offered dressings could be made from scratch to accommodate gluten free. Enjoyed chicken marsala with GF risotto. Also offered other sides like spinach or broccoli. Serving size just right. Marsala was delicious.
